Our client wanted to launch a one page website in a very short period of time with a limited budget. So we employed one of the best, free one-page HTML5/CSS3 templates from html5up team, customizing GUI a little bit and adding a free php mail form library as the final touch. It resulted in a decent portfolio website with a little hustle and brain work.
